Eternal Deathslayer is our double-mashed 5-hour boil Imperial Stout. Loaded with rich dark Munich, crystal, and chocolate malts, with a thick chewy body and toasty caramelized flavors from the extended boil. We aged this already bold Imperial Stout in Eagle Rare & 4 Roses bourbon barrels. The roastiness and dark crystal malts mellowed out to blend seamlessly with the whiskey. Loaded with flavors reminiscent of toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate-covered bourbon-soaked raisins, with subtle hints of vanilla, coconut, and oak. The final blend is rich and full-bodied with mild sweetness, alcohol warmth and a smooth whiskey finish.
