Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
On cask @ Monty's Bar. Appearance - murky yellow to amber/brown. Creamy white head. Nose - grapefruit and orange. Minerality. Taste - sharp grapefruit and grapefruit pith. Lightly bready. Palate - creamy texture, nice bitter bite through the finish. Overall - lovely stuff. Very impressive brewery on cask.
