Fra fad på The Bird&Kissmeyer, Kastrup lufthavn nov-18: en standard pilsner uten store overraskelser eller problemer. Grei og forglemmelig tørstedrikk med ok bitterhed i afslutningen.

From tap at Kissmeyer Bird Craft Beer Bar at Copenhagen Airport with KL 25.09.18. Clear golden. White head is diminishing to nothing. Unexpected aroma of blue cheese. Thought it was a fault or a poorly washed glass. Asked for a new one - same aroma. Taste is better - as long as one does not breath in though one’s nose - with meadows, continental hops, succade and pilsner malt. Unfortunately the blue cheese is nauseously lingering on. Yak! It might be a dishwasher problem, but as this is a Kissmeyer bar, I will rate the beer for what it is.

On tap at Albani Brewery. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Herbal aroma with rosemary and sage, along with diacetyl. Sweet malty and herbal flavour with a sharp, astringent bitter finish.
