bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore arancio torbido, al naso è intensa fruttata lievito saison agrumi succo di pesca, in bocca è piena dolce speziata ancora succo di pesca agrumi, corpo rotondo, l’alcool si sente e riscalda, carbonazione moderata, amaro accentuato lungo nel finale, manca un po' di secchezza. Bella corposa e aromatica. (25 anni fa partivo per Firenze per la naja nella Folgore. Che orgoglio…., che ricordi…) c. Fatti una birra 11.06.21

Bottle by the pool in Susafa, Sicily, August 4th 2020. Pours golden, aroma is yeast and funky, farmyard, must, citrus. Taste is yeasty, citrus, pine, must and farmyard. Quite good, but I’m not so keen on the yeast element

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours partially hazy, blonde, with very fine white foam. Aroma is rich, of candy fruits, spices, alcohol. Body is thick, with average carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with some spiciness and moderate bitterness. Final is not particularly long.

Tap at Craft. Caramel, booze aroma. Taste is similar, quite nice, sweet snd boozy, bit Belgian, stille nacht vibe. Nice enough but not quite for me at this stage.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Cloudy yellow pour, some white foam. Nose is sweetish, sweet yellow plums, dried. Bit of spices. Tastes spicy, heavy somewhat - but abv is well hidden still. Creamy hoppy spicy saison. Tasty.

Beer Table to Go, NYC bottle: pours deep gold with a white head. Aroma is sugary, yeasty and a bit fruity. Taste is sweet... not really saisony. As others noted this is more BSA or Tripel. Not too bad but meh. Definitely not worth the price.

A blond beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, even some fruit candies, lemon, some peppers. Taste has fruitness, pepper, strenght can be noticed, hint of alcohol. Medium bodied, nicely smooth. Less abv. and alcohol should be hidden better. But, quite nice beer, anyway.

Bottle, 330 ml shared with JFK10000 and Max. Hazy dark yellow, white head. Some barnyard, yeast, sweet, spicy, some bitterness in finish. Warming, bit harsh. Medium bodied.

Golden color. Aroma: a bit sharply, malt, apple, higher alcohols, esters. Taste: mostly malty, light sweetness, apple seed, strong.
