Tap at Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Hazy dark golden pour, medium white foam. Nose: alcohol, Kane sugar, peach, canditi. Mouth: malty base, firm bitter finish, really dry. Fruity dry apricot aftertaste.

Light orange colour, some carbonation visible. Average head, decent persistence, nice lacing. Fruity and estery aroma (peach, pear) among a soft yeasty feel. Some floral notes, a light herbal hint. Taste is slightly on the sweet side with a hint of bitterness in the finish. A light caramel malts base, fruit notes (peach, pear...), slight herbal/grassy hint, a bit of earthiness. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Medium body (actually very light for the ABV) and average crispness, mouthfeel is very easy and smooth. As the aroma suggested the beer feels very soft. Very well done

At a tasting, thanks, small stable creamy head, cloudy lightish orange color, yeasty vanila aroma with hints of wood and sweat, citrus and herbal flavor with some honey heaviness behind, quite bitter with a hint of alcohol, fruit almond aftertaste, light sourness. A bit heavy and not exactly balanced, but still quite drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of yeast, fruitiness, spice. Mildly sweetish flavor, slightly tart, fruity, spicy, bitterish. Medium-bodied.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, residual halo white head. Palate is slightly viscous with mild fine carbonation. Sticky sweet pale malts. Bread. Ripe orange and ripe sticky tropical fruits. Strong sweet finish. It’s not terrible but does seem a bit over cooked.

On tap at Craft Clerkenwell. Clear gold lasting white head. I mean it’s a strong Saison. Some banana. Very estery. Decent if strong

Flaske 0,33l fra Johnny Off-License, Roma. Kjøpt av Rune og delt under seanse hos ham 27 Nov 13. Lys aprikosfarget. Litt uklar. Lett luftig skum med litt lacing. God plommearoma. Smaken litt krydder & hint av mandler. Avslutter tørt. Alkoholen skinner igjennom.
