On tap at the brewpub. Sehr trübes goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch würzig malzig, leicht hopfig, Nelke. Geschmack mild bananig, phenolisch fruchtig, würzig, nelkig.

Cloudy blond color with compact head. The aroma is delicate, spicy and a bit fruity. Dry and smooth mouthfeel, some wheat flavor, a bit of bubblegum, ordinary bitterness, with a touch of fruits in the end.
Good and fresh.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, clove, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, banana, yeasty, fruity, pineapple notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20120409]

Draft. An unclear orange-brown beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with quite strong notes of banana and wheat, as well as light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel and wheat, and light notes of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is a bit on the thin side.

(On tap) Very cloudy amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving a broad curtain of lacework. Discreet aroma of caramel and banana. Medium body, sweetish malty and fruity. Quite a dry finish. Close to a Dunkel Weizen, but the barkeeper insisted it wasn’t. 061106
