Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear pale straw, quite oliy, with no head at all. Sweet aroma of honey with light notes of spices. Sweetish flavour of honey and light touches of herbs. Sweetish and mildly dusty aftertaste. Not bad for the type of mead but nothing special as such.

Bottle. Yellow colour. Moderate Honey spicey aroma. Moderate sweet Honey flavor. Average finish. oily palate.

Bottle. Aroma wax, spicy. Clear yellow colour. Taste is surprisingly light. Actually it is kind of flavourless, only very light honey&spice character. Average at best.

Measured Final Gravity: 1021
Yellow color. Mild aroma of honey and horse stable, light aroma of olives. Semi-dry but smooth and lean, with a light lemony touch and delicate honey impression; the final has a very light astringency.
Delicate mead, flawless, pleasant.

Bottle shared by Fonefan at his place. Clear very pale golden color, no head. Aroma and taste are honey, sweetness, apple juice and slightly alcohol. Average body and soft carbonation. Quite smooth and fruity.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear pale piss yellow with no head. Sweet honey and syrup. Astringent and rough. Warmth.
