Bottle from systembolaget, Östersund. I can see why some pale ale nuts might not love it but as an Englishman, I can taste some greats parts of home beer in this. It is like a mix of a lovely english pale ale and a west coast ipa. The hops give it that west coast feel without the stinging bitterness. The carbonation is lacking, which i guess reminds me of home. It is not mind-blowing no, but it is a nice humble beer. I'm sure it would be decent on cask (if that were a thing in sweden....if only ;( )

0,3 litre Bottle from Systembolaget Charlottenberg, at home. Dark, Golden. Nice aroma, but not that Good taste...

Ravfarget klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter pære, karamell og kandis. Lett. Smaker middels bitter brent karamell og sitrusfrukt som sitter lenge.

Flaske 500ml fra Kilpishalli. Delt med EgilB, Helge og Rune på Nerstranda 5 Jan 17 som drikke til rakfisk. Gylden. Filmskum. God grapefruktaroma. Mest aprikos. Smaken tørket frukt.

500ml bottle, 4.7 % abv, shared by Finn. Clear amber body, filmy layer, clingy lacing. Inviting aroma of mild brown malts and herbal hops. The taste profile is dominated by caramel malts nicely balanced by a bitter fruity tail. Fine bodied. Well made (Tromsø 05.01.2017).

KØLF 170616. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, malt, grapefruit. Flavour is pine, malt, grapefruit, tropical fruits, citrus. Medium body. OK beer.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a lacing off-white head. Nice aroma with citric and tropical fruit, peach and apricot. Flavor is mild, medium sweet, pale malt, fruity like aroma and rather bitter. Medium body and bitter aftertaste that ends dry. Quite straight forward, but really good.

At a tasting, thanks slaktmasken, smallish bubbly head, almost completely clear orange color, fruiry aroma, plaster and mineral notes, herbal shrubby bitterness, light bready maltiness, fair and drinkable but not really too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Tom L. Golden. Aroma of skunky hops and a buttery hint. Flavor has sweetish malt, a buttery hint, and bitter hops, kinda skunky. Medium-bodied.
