12 oz. can. Pours a clear, very pale straw yellow color with a negligible white head and poor retention. No lacing. Apple juice aroma. Mostly tart apple flavor with limited sweetness and with just a hint of apple pie spices. Dry finish. Nice blend of flavors, but a little dryer than I prefer. Quenching.

Sampled from a can this cider poured a pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was musty with apple flesh and light vague spices. The flavor was cinnamon, clove and apple juice. Medium length finish. Light body.
