Cask at Cellar, Chester. Pours a bright chestnut with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s malts and golden syrup in the aroma. In the mouth it is somewhat bitter with a creamy texture. Flavour has malts, biscuits and autumn fruits plus hints of caramel and cherries. Finish is fruity and slightly sweet. This is rather nice.

Can from the Beer Cave. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee and biscuit, faint fruit and honeycomb. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.
