Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da frumento e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Anche qui le bollicine sono di grandezza medio-fine, spinte da una la velocità di ascesa allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale , e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frumento, agrumi e banana.

hazy grey-ish pale yellow colour, huge, dense and long lasting off-white head; aroma of lemony, orange peel oils, coriander, wet wheat and slight acetic, as well as rotten vegetables notes; taste of bread crusty, lemony and slight clove notes; not bad, though not an extraordinary beer for sure

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, soap, cheese, citrus, lime. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus - fruit acidic, wit bier yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20120415]

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, creamy head. Aroma of banana and glue. Mid-dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel and fairly light body. Mild banana flavour, not really firm. Reasonably drinkable.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is paper, not very much, mild wheat. Flavour is fruits, wheat, some earth and some paper. Not very exciting.

Bottled (BB 01/2009). Hazy yellow color, small white head. Light aroma of banana, leather and lemon. Crisp carbonation. Some banana sweety flavors, notes of rhum and mango. Very hard to determine flavors, because carbonation is so wild.

Cloudy pale blond color. Bad smell, manure, sweet; horrible. Some residual sweetness, poor flavors, almost everything is absent (e.g. wheat), low bitterness, very light citrus fruits. A disaster.
