2024 Bourbon Barrel-Aged White Stout is a simultaneous walk through the darkness and the light. Roasty notes of coffee and rich, toffee-laden malts punctuate a decadent vanilla backdrop.

(Can) Pours hazy amber brown with (annoyingly) huge off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and peppery with a hint of bourbon. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Taste is odd. In fact I think there may be something wrong with this. Slightly vinous, and slightly acetic and a bit peppery. Not at all pleasant. Assume something must be off with this.
