ENGLISH - This is the beer that Teo has dedicated to great white wines. It is made with spelt by “Mulino Marino” and barley from our fields, and is aged in the barrels kept in “Cantina Baladin” which previously contained some of the most excellent Italian wines. A beer that celebrates the combination between two great products of the earth. The following producers have cooperated to the project: Antinori, Di Majo, Fazi Battaglia, La Scolca, Livio Felluga and Monte Rossa. LUNE, is excellent drinking slowly after a meal.

Now this was odd.
Clear amber pour, zero head. Aroma of deeeeeeeep caramelized malts, light piney hops, some salt, oak, vanilla, and some vinous grapes.
Flavour starts with salt water taffy, oaky vanill, and a acidic tart vinous white wine finish. The mouthfeel is viscous, and there is zeo carbonation. The alcohol is well hidden, and ht is left is a nutty carmel aftertaste with a little salt. Easily one of the most complex beers i’e ever had, but not sure i would want it again.

Poured from 50cl bottle (from the fiulijnator cellar; side by side with Terre Riserva Teo Musso 2010). Slightly hazy amber with no head. Aroma has some slight oxidized notes. Taste is gentle caramel malt and light raisin, some mild sweet vinous notes in the background, alcohol hidden. Enjoy the Terre a bit more.

Bottle. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, toffee, sherry, some strong oak and mild alcohol to it. Flavour is sweet alcohol, some mild caramel, grapefruits, quite much white wine to it with very sweet frtuitiness in the finish. Dessert beer, which could go for a dessert wine too...

Hazy orange colour, practically no head at all; aroma of sultana soaked in dessert white wine aged for at least a decade; taste is the same and liquid toffee; if I didn’t know that it is a beer and not a tokaji dessert wine I would be in a real trouble to find out it

Bottle: Poured a flat clear amber color ale with no head and no lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with sugary notes and some vinous notes. Taste is a complex mix of oak and caramelized malt, vinous notes with light dry toffee notes. Body is about average with light oily texture with some warming alcohol notes. Quite a unique and interesting beer with great level of complexity.

500mL bottle, pours a dirty orange with a tiny head. Aroma brings out notes of caramel, a little marshmallow, light vinous notes and vanilla. Flavour is complex, with loads of vanilla upfront, marshmallow, faint white wine, and caramel. Wonderfully integrated, warming and not boozy at all. Rather thin on the palate, with a beautifully vanilla-y and lightly tart finish. Excellent.
