Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel as well as a light touch of flowers. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of toffee, leading to a dry and metallic bitter finish. I wonder if the metallic note is from the hops or it was begining to turn bad.

RB#4100: From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and light copper coloured with a lacing off-white head. Fruity hops and caramel malt aroma. Flavour holds a nice light citrusfruity towards fruity hops with a light caramel malt base. Light yeasty note in the far finish. Goes into a light dry bitterness in the finish. Nice brew with a light and delicate fruit note.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/4/08. Deep amber in colour with a slight white head that left rings down the glass. Aroma of red fruit and grassy hops. Flavour had some caramel sweetness before A short bitter finish. Ok.
