Cask at the brewpub. A murky red-brown beer with a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of raspberries and a slight acidity. The flavor is sweet combined with a light note of acidity and notes of wood and raspberries, leading to a dry woody and raspberry finish. Give me more acidity.
