Named after brewmaster Torsten Frank. Lots of bitter units wrapped in a delicious malt body. First Gold and Centennial hops to give an underlying and yet distinctive hop flavor. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Matured in bottle.

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. It pours a clear, golden body under an off-white finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is peachy with a light syrupy maltyness. Peaches, sugar, malts, some caramel hints and a touch of pinecones and bitterness in the flavor. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Decent bitterness in the end. A decent beer, but a bit on the sweet side, and quite boring. 120512

Gusher. Biggish offwhite head. Hazy orange body. Fruity orangey aroma with resiny pineapple notes. Dry-sweetish resiny orangey taste with pineapple and gooseberry notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry earthy pineapple aftertaste with herbal, mineraly gooseberry notes. Lovely and highly drinkable. (0.5l bottle, Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, as well as light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Light on the hops for an IPA.

Draught. Mild caramelly aroma. Cloudy dark grey amber colour. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely malty, but not sweet. Good creamy mouthfeel. Not so IPAish, though.
