Cask at Star Inn, Bath. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, but very lightly. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lollypops, and a bit of strawberries, leading to a dry finish, where a hint of strawberries lingers.
