Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, cocoa beans, and roasted malt, as well as hints of hops, leading to a dry finish where the chocolate note lingers.
