Pour is a clear bronze with a small white head. Aroma is sugar, grain and a very slight hop. Flavor is again with the grain, some honey sweetness and alcohol. Mouthfeel is thick and cloying. Meh not really great but I can’t really say anything bad about it.

Served on draft at Whole Foods Market, Charlottesville, VA on 7/19/11. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a medium sized creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, corn, vanilla and a toasty finish. The taste is vanilla, corn, toasted malts and a faintly hoppy finish. Medium bodied. I like this one a great deal.

22oz bottle. Poured a golden color with a creamy medium sized white head. Aroma is pale malts, touch of spice. Flavor was light like a lager, corn notes, pale sweet malts, creamy overall. Drinkable, price was about right - so it was certainly worth checking out.
