We are pretty friggin proud of Black Lager. We anxiously await this GABF award winning lager to return all year. Intriguingly smooth, dry notes with cold-brewed coffee and dark chocolate with a mysterious yet refreshing depth. Medium bodied, highly drinkable and particularly satisfying after a hard day in Gotham.

Tulip at the roost pours a murky brown with plenty of gray head. Nose has smoke and malt and toast. Yeast. Rubber. Flavor is earthy and smokey. Vegetal. Dark malts and a feeling of dark wheat. Very Germanic. Dry. Bitter. Continental.
