750 mL bottle. Pours a clear, golden color, with a smaller, foamy, white head. The aroma is green apple, oaked chardonnay, cane sugar, musty attic, coriander, and butterscotch. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, drying bitterness. Medium body, crisp, musty, and clean. Quality, complex, and thoroughly enjoyable.

750 ml waxed. Aroma is Brett-infused dusty basements, peaches, grapefruit peel, white wine, sweet bread. Pours nearly clear golden with a one + finger bone white head with good retention. Taste is lightly tart, moderately sweet, and a tad savory with flavors like the aroma. Good.
