A light yet fullbodied beer, a healthy thirst quencher with a delicious hop flavour. A traditional beer with high fermentation level, produced in small quantities, using only natural ingredients: hops, yeast, water and malt.

Regular Belgian blond beer. Bit more hoppy and bitter than usual perhaps. And the Poperinge hops are always nice.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell malts, a bit cellar or dusty attick, hint of bitter. Taste malts, slight bitterness, slightly fruity, slightly hops. Medium carbo, medium body. Better than expected.

A cloudy, light yellow beer with a big, dense and blond head. Aroma is light malty, honey, some flowers and sweet candys; quite unique aroma. Taste is fruitfull, light maltyness, some honey. Medium- bodied, lots of carbonation, fresh to drink. Unique beer with enough of elements, but still quite boring with too much of lager like nuancees as light malts and honey.

Note: I was a bit afraid when I saw the bottle was already two years old, being a blond 5% beer. But apparently it held up pretty well, maybe even got better?
Clear blond beer, thick creamy off-white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: flowers, bit sugary, sweet grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, quite some citrus fruits, honey, ripe fruits, some metallic touch. Aftertaste: some green bananas, still a bit metallic, little stale, but that'll be the age.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden colored body with some microfloaties and a finger thick off-white head. It’s fruity and grassy on the nose, with some yeast and a cheesy touch. The flavor is sweet and fruity, almost sugary sweet, and with a faint touch of herbs. Low on bitterness I think. Medium body, and a very metallic finish. A beer that I can’t really decide if I like or not, it’s nice in many ways, but also a bit unclean. 110430
