750 ml bottle, from SPAR Nå. ABV is 4.7%. Deep golden to orange colour, pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of sweet apples. Flavour of sweet apples, a strange off-flavour of broth / meat stock in the background. Won't buy again.

Nice bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, flowers, hay, apple peel, yeast, minerals, sorrel, hints of oak and sour apples. Taste is slightly sweet funky fruity, apple juice, sorrel, yeast, apple cores, citrus, minerals, apple peel, grass, flowers, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
