Bottle, stable long lasting frothy bubbly head, clear yellow colour, yeasty Belgian like aroma with a hint of herbs, same traits in flavor which feels a bit heavy, with a noticeable sourness. Not too good.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Lots of oregano, za'atar, yeast, bread, slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, spicy, some fruitiness, lively carbonation. Decent.
