Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Clear straw, white head. Yeast, phenolic spiciness, fruity esters, slightly sweetish, light sourish note, some bitterness, lively carbonation. OK.

Bottle, big bubbly head, hazy pale orange color, aroma of yeast,, vinous, wood and something sour, flavor of yeast, almond, some citrus, light tartness. Nice, well made.
