Hazy orange with a small white head. Grainy aroma with dusty cellar and baking yeast poking through, along with a faint note of some bubblegum fruit. Dry, dusty and yeasty flavour

Bottle. Unclear, orange-golden body with a lot of floaties and a beige head. Lemony, slightly milksour nose with wheaty notes. Not too bad, just plain wrong. Sour, lemony flavor, and sour finish. Astringent mouthfeel. Refreshing in a way, but certainly gone wrong. (070621)

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate hoppy light malty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. I really cant detect elderberries, but it has a lactic (off!) hints in finish. Somethings wrong here. Oily palate.

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Sourish aroma. Medium body, some pilsener malt to be detected and then a brutal, bitter finish. No traces of the elderberries. 220207

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a light brown head. The aroma is acidic combined with notes of straw and barn yard. The flavor is sour with notes of wet hay, the acidity pricles the tongue. Not very pleasant.

50 cL bottle. Pours orange brown with huge head. Caramel malt aroma, slightly hoppy as well. Taste is dominated by malt and overdone with aroma hops mixed with clear alcohol taste. Yeasty - something has gone bad with a beer that by no means is a pilsener. Only differs from the standard pilsener by being a bit more sweet, elderberries are certainly not easy to make out from the orange mud.
