Cider warmed during the winter months in the barrel with organic baby ginger and infused with raw blueberry honey. A spicy aromatic cider unthawed for the coming of spring. Aged one year with lemongrass added to the keg.

Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Poured a light yellow color with a wispy head with a small fizzy head. Aroma is mice sharp ginger, lemongrass notes. Flavor was apple, with a pleasant ginger and a nice lemongrass finish. Pretty tasty.
