Schnapp-Flascherl: Deep golden, clear, small and stable white foamy layer, toasty traces in the mild sweet-bitter grainy-malty nose; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied; shorter and soft sweet toasty-malty finish, delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. No reason to get excited...

50cl swing top bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, biscuit, some caramel and spicy hops. Taste of caramel, toasted malt, biscuits, moderate spicy bitter finish. Okay!

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, grain, malt sweet, old malt, light caramel. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet, caramel malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120327]

Schwacher, hohl wirkender Beginn mit dezenten Malznoten, die zum Mittelteil dunkler werden und extrem trocken sind. Es ist nur eine äußerst geringe Herbe vorhanden, dazwischen geringfügige Gewürznoten. Im Abgang tatsächlich deutlich würziger und dunkelmalzig. Trinkbar. 8/8/8/8/9/8
