Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Draught at the brewpub.Cloudy orange amber with a medium head. Aroma is hard to place, kinda fruity wheat. Flavour is toasty bitter, there is wheat in there without the fruityness. The brewer said it is meant to sit between Schneider Hopfenwisse and Aventinus, not sure what that really means but an unusual weisse. Also he mentioned it is 5.52%, which is fairly specific.,
