Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Draught at Herman’s tapping. Hazy pale gold with no real head. Aroma is acidic white wine and wheat. Flavour is sparkling wine, a little bitter and dry. Alcohol is only noticeable when it warms up. Could do damage with this.
