Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange to amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty and yeasty, caramel, chocolate notes, light flowers, light vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nectar - honey - flowers, yeasty, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Cloudy red-amber color. An ordinary Ale, with light yeast aroma, light fruity aroma, some yeast flavor, light fruitiness, some residual sweetness, no bitterness, no elderflower; some yeast astringency in the end.

Bottle @ Miss January Tasting, March 2012. Pours cloudy dark amber with a small creamy head. Yeast and vegetables. DMS. Thin and flat. A bit dusty.
