Rødbrun klar med beige skum. Lukter bæreddik og noe trevirke. Lett. Smaker kaffe, sirup og noe bær. Kort.

Tap .@ Café Sara. Unclear brown/amber body under a small tan head. A bit surprisingly aroma, not what expected from a red ale with coffee. Malt, red berries, slightly acidic and funky. Taste is acidic red berries, some malt, hint of toffee, some funk and moderate bitterness. Medium body with a light acidic, red berries aftertaste. I guess the sour/funky part is not intended and perhaps the beginning of an infection – but it was not unpleasant at this moment, more like a mild version of a wild farmhouse ale. Unsure why this is registered as a Red ale here at RB as the description from the brewery clearly stated that this is a Farmhouse ale.
