33cl bottle from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Nethelands. F: thin, egg-white, quick gone. C: coppery, hazy. A: malty, mellow fruity, bit caramel, bready. T: sweet caramel malty, mellow fruity, bit alcohol, hint of toffee, some toasted tones, medium body and low carbonation, more on the sweet side yet for me not bad, partially enjoyed.

Süßlicher, angenehm hefiger Beginn mit nussigen Beinoten, die dem steigenden Hopfen entspringen. Dezente Alkoholnoten, fruchtig herb, rund. Zum Ende trockener alkoholisch, Trockenfrüchte, Heu. Gut! 8/11/11/12/7/11

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by Countbeer ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, leather, fruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dry, riped apple, fruity, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ home. Clear orange / golden color, small white head that diminishes almost instantly. Smell malts, sweetness, fruits. Taste is sweet for a tripel, with some fruity notes. A bit different from ’standard’ tripel imo. Soft yet lightly fizzy carbonation, medium body, though it doesn’t taste like a 9% ABV beer. Odd.

Drank 2 months before expiration date
Pours a very murky yellow to orange beer with little flakes floating around in it. A fine laced white head, reduces quickly. Aroma has some banana, dead yeast, a little malt and caramel. MF is ok, medium body. Sweet start, both malt and sugar. Then hoppy and fruity continuation. Aftertaste is hoppy with some sweet and citrus. A very good tripel, but probably mostly due to it's age and the combination with refermentation in the bottle.
