Solid double IPA. Lots of pine and some citrus. Good malt backbone. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Finishes bitter with some booze. Nice balance. Tap at Snallygaster.

Draft at Snallygaster 2015. Poured a golden orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was floral, citrus hop character. Flavor was very similar, some light resin notes. Light booze comes through on this one.

Keg at the brewpub, 10/12/14. Pours a hazy amber with a large creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, tropical hops, caramel malt. The taste is bitter citrus, tropical hops, oats, caramel, crusty bread, mild grapes. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness, slightly off balance.
