Virginia Blonde is an easy-drinking ale, low in esters and balanced with enough hop character to accentuate the malt profile. The caramel malt pushes this beer closer to the golden side of the blonde spectrum.

Keg at the brewery. Clear golden with a thin fizzy tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of doughy and crackery malt and mild floral hops. The taste is doughy malt, sweet malt, and really not much else. Medium bodied, lingering sweetness.

Honey nose, moderate strength. Π‘lear amber, thin head. Flavor is tea and dark honey. Light body and soft carbonation. Not milquetoast at all, which I find common with the style. Good intensity but still quite sessionable.
