Mild smooth dry beginning. Very soft, grain there with caramel. Roast, moderate bitterness. Fruity finish, roasted dry aftertaste.

[Senatsbockanstich 2021] Nice nose: cask influence and marriage brings acidic and wooden aroma, also vnilla, roasted malts. Taste starts funky and follows the nose. Faint smokey, herbal, brandy-apple twist. Really good stuff!
