Many thanks to Holger! Lots of grain, moderate bitterness. Hints of neutral grain, slightly sticky with a bitter finish. Very dry, hints of grain. Nice fruity grainy finish.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, pale malt, straw. Taste of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, mild bitterness.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, spicy, a bit soapy moldy. Light sourish background. Fruity touch of lemon. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Okay.

0,33 l bottle filled and purchased today at the source. Dark golden in the glass, nearly clear with a two finger white foamy head. Looks good. Malty caramel smell, some graine in the background. Taste starts also with caramel, grainy, some dry malt bitterness, hints of diacetyl. Sweetness in the second row. Lively carbonated. A lot of taste for a Helles.

One liter growler on holiday, bought the same day at the Brauhaus. Clear golden color, full sized white head. Aroma is quite unpleasant, not sure how to describe it but it's sort of sourish puke. It scared me the first time I smelled. I did smell again but it was still there so I'm not doing it again. Flavor is thin, malt, grainy, dusty. Very bland. Fortunately no puke though, but not very pleasant to say the least. 1-2-5-2-5.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, fruity malt, light hoppy. Initial flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, grassy - hay hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120301]
