Tap at the brewery. The whitest weizen i've ever seen so far, a weird very pale milky yellow, thick yeast suspension, foamy white head which collapses after a while but carbonation keeps a layer. It looks like pineapple juice with milk, huh. Taste is super citrusy, lemon everywhere with classic wheat and banana tones, in the finish an unexpected note of almond and nuts comes our. Relatively thick texture, super strong carbonation, watery texture. Taste sour. Finish is lemony, dry, with almond spirit, refreshing, nice. I like the fact weizens develop a citrusy flavour but it can't be this strong, I suspect they added some lemonade... hopefully not. Quite surprised by this, quite original.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach citrusfrüchten, hefig, leicht bananig. Geschmack angenehm hopfig, citrus, leicht hefig fruchtig, gut.

Draft, 0.30l at the brewpub in Hamburg. Hazy amber color with medium creamy off-white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana and herbs. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel, follows by wheaty and yeasty sourness without any bitterness at finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Although lacks hops, it’s well brewed and good for a dessert...

31.07.2014, tap @ Brauhaus Joh. Albrecht, Hamburg:
Big creamy longlasting head, very muddy color. Aroma is slightly fresh yeasty, wheat, sourdough, hay, broth, yeast, weeds, cereal, hints of citrus and banana. Taste is grainy, wheat, grain, yeast, dough, cereal, minerals, hay, hints of banana. Little bitterness, yeasty mouthfeel. Nice, but there’s "a bit" too much yeast sediments in this glass at least...

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, hops, and banana, with citric touches. Sweet flavour of malt and yeast, with regular notes of banana. Touches of hops. Bitter aftertaste with occasional malty notes and hints of citrus. Not bad.
