We've taken the base recipe for our Salvation! Session IPA and nudged the abv down a touch for even more ‘sessionability’. Then we have used two of our favourite hops in this variation. A big hit of Citra with a small amount of Mosaic to bring big punchy West Coast citrus & grapefruit on the main with the almost east-coasty tropical fruit flavours of Mosaic, which is then complimented by further dry hop additions of Lupomax Citra and Mosaic again, making for a lovely no-coasty dream.

VISUAL: Pale yellow straw colour with a white foamy head and a light haze to the beer.
AROMA: Big juicy fruits, oranges, tangerines partnered with overripe papaya and lychee.
TASTE: Refreshing juicy fruit salad, with a sweet malt backbone.
MOUTHFEEL: Low bitterness, with a refreshing dryness that make this beer very sessionable
