We’ve brought what we feel are three of the most potent varietals in use here at the brewery today and decided to up the intensity to just shy of twice as much – not so much as to absolutely fry people’s palates, but enough to bring an absolute punchbowl of flavour to the party. El Dorado leads the way on this beer – a hop as curious as the mythical city it references with mango and pear, before Galaxy brings even more high-intensity tropical notes, before a final lashing of Bru-1 serves a flourish of sticky marmalade to finish.
