That pyramid dry hop charge makes a swift return once again! We’ve pretty much exhausted every option with the classic method of 15, 10 and 5kg additions now, so where do you take it from there? To new and exciting places, that’s where. We’ve brought what we feel are three of the most potent varietals in use here at the brewery today and decided to up the intensity to just shy of twice as much – not so much as to absolutely fry people’s palates, but enough to bring an absolute punchbowl of flavour to the party. El Dorado leads the way on this beer – a hop as curious as the mythical city it references with mango and pear, before Galaxy brings even more high-intensity tropical notes, before a final lashing of Bru-1 serves a flourish of sticky marmalade to finish.

27/6/2026. Can at the ITFC world cup beer share. From Polly’s, courtesy of ITFCfan. Good pour. Tropical, pineapple, stone fruits. Nice hoppy dankness. Very good.

Can. A light haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Hops bring light pine. A little hop spice. A nice edge of bitterness combines well with juicy citrus and slightly ripe stone fruits, touch of yellow grapefruit. Mild skunk on the light finish. Took awhile to get into this but it was definitely worth it.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of passionfruit and sponge cake. Flavour of peach and orange barley. Medium body with a smooth texture. Very soft fizz, almost flat. Sweet and cakey - pretty much the opposite of Beese’s review below, which suggested an overly bitter IPA.
