This beer was made using a blend of 70% spontaneously fermented Lambic inspired beer and 30% of the legendary Cannonball IPA by Magic Rock Brewing. Tart and sour to begin with a bitter pithy resinous finish.
Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir” Bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.

Bottle via the online shop. Misted orange gold. Slim white foam stays the course. Nose has fruity brett. Pink grapefruit. Bit of stank. Soggy sappy pine. Taste is super juicy and lightly tart. Slick and mouthwatering. Ridiculous easy drinking. Super juicy finish. Probably the easiest drinking 4.5 bev on here.
