Working closely with local craft brewer Resting Devil, our team have produced this small batch honey ale.

Locally brewed and infused with honey harvested from the heart of the Chatsworth Kitchen Garden, this craft ale captures the real taste of the garden at Chatsworth, which has provided the estate with seasonal fruits and culinary herbs since 1549.

Bottle picked up at Chatsworth Farm Shop. Hazed gold. Firm thick lasting soppy white foam. Looks boss. Nose has a whiff of honey up front. Like a heather honey but not with the punch that could give. Touch of pithy hop. Clean bready malt. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. No honeyed sweetness here, thankfully. Fairly dry on the palate with fine quite brisk carbonation. Dry and lightly zesty bitterness to finish.
