Can. Pours dark yellow-orange with largish foamy off-white head, faint grapefruit aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter resinous taste, with a hint of citrus thin body, long resinous finish. Decent IPA.

At a beef restaurant in Nagasaki, from a can. Excellent fruity, modern American style IPA with medium bitterness, enough malt taste to back up the hop bill. Clear light-medium amber color. Grapefruit and pineapple.

6 3 6 3 12Can shared for Floris’s Leaving Beers at Gekke Geit. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of cheesy malt, weedy green hop notes and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from Tokyo, i think Lawson. Bright amber color, bubbly white head, almost clear. Nice hoppy nose. Aroma is very hoppy, lots of resing, light caramel malts, some burnt sugar. californian IPA like. Taste is intensely bitter yet with a malty sweetish balance. Finish is clean, dry, long, bitter. Nice dry american style IPA.

Clear amber/copper with little beige head. Aroma is apricots and lots of hoppy grassy stuff. Only some resin. Taste is fruity sweet with some resiny bitterness. Good mouthfeel. Heavier than water but not oily/undrinkable. Medium/full body. Some fusels though. More of resin in the finish. Overall nice!
