Aldwark Artisan Ales have added their own twist to an old Irish recipe. This light amber bitter offers a little bit of smoke and a little bit of spice.

Bottle. A gift from Totnes. The person not the place. Hazed deep bronze. Very tidy creamy white foam. Toasty and biscuity malt. Hint of savoury smoke. Hedgerow hoppage. Taste is fairly dry overall. Light body. High-ish foamy carbonation. Light earthy bitterness to finish. Nice enough albeit oddly tasteless.
