Pale, dry with complex yeast character. Inspired by the everyday 'refectory' monastic Belgian beers. Named for the three shorter prayers of the Trappist day.

Tap down SMOD. Hazed pale gold. Thick foam of white settles to a slim cap. Nose has a Belgian-y lemony mineraly character. Very bright and clean. Taste is semi sweet with some yeasty dryness. Light and refreshing. Lots of flavour at the ABV. Clean light dry and bitter finish. Smashable.
