Cask @Tree Folk’s (Rome). Pours amber with a creamy persistent foam. Aroma is malty, some roasted notes, hops, fruity and grass, dirty socks. Taste is balanced, malty with a hoppy end. Light body, flat. A bit boring and rough.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild toasted malty. Light breadish. Bitter, breadish and crisp hoppy. Bitter and slight herbal dry finish.

Cask @ Bricklayer’s Arms, Putney SW15. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with weak hoppy hints.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Dark golden amber with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is bready, yeasty, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises pale malts, earthy, bread dough, light citric peel, caramel. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness. So very so.
