Bottle. Ringstead Stores, Ringstead, Norfolk. I mixed in the sediment as advised, to let this beast go truly wild. Ok. Turns out hazy gold, with a dense and lasting white foam. Looks good. Nose has some peachy yeast notes. Hint of fruit. Taste is slightly vinegary unfortunately. Apart from that itโs dry and bitter. Thin on the palate. Fine carbonation. Astringent on the finish. Gone wonky somewhere.
