Pale saison, soured in French white wine barrels with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. Freshened with a light Hallertau Blanc dry hop before bottling. Unfiltered, suitable for vegans.

Bottle, via the brewery online shop. Medium gold. Light haze. Thin and dense, lasting white head. Nose has bready malt. Wine dregs. Some leather. Taste is a little sweet, with a touch of sourness. Mouthfeel is a tad flabby. Fine carbonation. Short, light sour finish. Not their best.
