A great summer cider made from a varying blend of apples including Royal Gala, Braeburn, Spartan and Lord Lambourne. Sitting nicely in our range at 5.0% ABV. This blend has a deeper colour and quite complex flavours. Good to recommend to “Magners” fans, as it is similar strength and sweetness.

From bag in box, Henglers Circus. JDW. Yellow-greenish colour, no head. Aroma is slight sweet green apples. Flavour is slightly sweeter, fresh apple, low carbonation. Actually quite nice, tastes a bit like an Asturian cider. Slightly dry finish.

Bag in a box at Westgate JDW Canterbury. Hazy gold colour. No real head. Its a not too bad medium sweet cider. Some character from some rubber and some tannin on the finish. Yes really good attack of tannin up front too with a quite astringent finish. Decent

From a bag in a box at the Portcullis cider festival, Clifton, Bristol 12/08/10. Hazy, pale yellow in colour. Dryish, unripe apple and citrus aroma. Flavour was tart and lemony, like some perries, followed by dry apples and a lingering tart finish. Unusual, but enjoyable.
