Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Light haze on a pale gold. Lovely bright white foam on this. Dense and lasting. Nearly fully lacing. Looks as good as it gets. Nose has sharp citrus. Mineral. Clean malts. Some grapefruit. Some fresh sliced orange. Taste has bright and clean bitterness. Fresh and spritzy on the palate. Light lingering bitterness to finish. North Riding at their best.
